Shipping Policy

All physical product orders are processed once a week.

• Processing day: Fridays.
• Process: On Fridays, we process all orders received since the last shipment (including the previous Thursday).
• Shipping: Over the weekend, your order will be registered on our courier’s platform and will be collected by them on Monday for shipping.
• Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is registered on the logistics platform, allowing you to follow its status at all times.

International Shipping and Customs

Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart based on the order’s weight and the destination address.

• Shipping within the European Union (EU)
  These shipments do not incur any additional customs fees, tariffs, or handling charges, as they are considered intra-community shipments with free movement.
• Shipping outside the European Union (EU)
  Customers are responsible for all customs fees, tariffs, and handling charges that may be generated in the destination country.
• Shipping to the United States (USA)
  All shipments to the USA are processed as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means that tariffs and handling charges are included in the product and shipping prices, so you will not have to pay anything extra upon receiving your order.

Returns Policy and Right of Withdrawal

Below, we detail our policy for physical and digital products:

• Physical Products (Right of Withdrawal) As a consumer, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order, without giving any reason.

  For the return to be accepted, the product must be returned in its original condition, including all of its packaging (box, manuals, etc.). Shipping costs derived from the return will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or was sent by mistake.

• Digital Products Due to the nature of digital products (downloadable files), the right of withdrawal is not applicable. Returns and refunds are not accepted once the purchase is complete and access to the download has been provided.
