Shipping Policy<\/b><\/h4>\n

All physical product orders are processed once a week.<\/p>\n

  • Processing day:<\/b> Fridays.<\/li>\n
  • Process:<\/b> On Fridays, we process all orders received since the last shipment (including the previous Thursday).<\/li>\n
  • Shipping:<\/b> Over the weekend, your order will be registered on our courier’s platform and will be collected by them on Monday for shipping.<\/li>\n
  • Tracking:<\/b> You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is registered on the logistics platform, allowing you to follow its status at all times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    International Shipping and Customs<\/b><\/h4>\n

    Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart based on the order’s weight and the destination address.<\/p>\n

    • Shipping within the European Union (EU)
      \n<\/b>These shipments do not incur any additional customs fees, tariffs, or handling charges, as they are considered intra-community shipments with free movement.<\/li>\n
    • Shipping outside the European Union (EU)
      \n<\/b>Customers are responsible for all customs fees, tariffs, and handling charges that may be generated in the destination country.<\/li>\n
    • Shipping to the United States (USA)
      \n<\/b>All shipments to the USA are processed as DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)<\/b>. This means that tariffs and handling charges are included in the product and shipping prices, so you will not have to pay anything extra upon receiving your order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Returns Policy<\/b><\/h4>\n

      Below, we detail our returns policy for physical and digital products.<\/p>\n

        \n<\/b>We accept returns of physical products within 14 days<\/b> from the receipt of the order. For a return to be accepted, the product must be returned unused and in its original condition, including all packaging (box, manuals, etc.). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or was sent by mistake.<\/li>\n
      • Digital Products
        \n<\/b>Due to the nature of digital products (downloadable files), no returns or refunds are accepted<\/b> once the purchase has been completed.
